Hello Everyone and Welcome to our new subscribers,

We have lots of good stuff to share with you all this month.

We would first like to mention that we are currently having classes at St. John's Episcopal Church in Glyndon, MD on Mondays from 1-4 and have plenty of room if anyone would like to join. It is open project with guided instruction, you can work in drawing or painting media, the cost is $30 per class. If you are interested feel free to contact us for more information. It is a wonderful group!

Hans just finished two scratchboards, our cat Turpentine was overseeing the progress on the ram...

He also finished a new landscape from Hoopers Island, MD, my beautiful hometown. He is always so inspired by the rural landscape and sunsets down there....

A new Nantucket Basket and Hydrangea painting of mine will be heading out to the Marine Arts Gallery in Salem, MA this coming week..

My big project lately has been a commission for my first multiple flower boutique. I was very excited to do this piece because it had so many personal touches by the couple commissioning it from the actual arrangement to the bugs. The finished painting had grasshoppers, bumble bees, lady bugs, and a mayfly. This painting was a lot of fun, and I look forward to doing more...

Last month we had our "Married with Art" Exhibit at the Mitchell School of Fine Arts, we had a great time and the artwork is still exhibited for just a little longer if you would like to stop by...

The show also includes a "Blast from the Past" wall which has works from us before our professional career. Here I am with my family portrait I did when I was 7...

Hans and I are happy to announce that we will be exhibiting again this year at the Greenhouse Gallery for their Salon International. Hans will be showing his "Ugli Fruit, Inner Beauty" and I will be showing my "Buzzing with Anticipation"...
